Berry Sample

Harvesting 5 grapes – from the cluster’s bottom, opposite sides of the top, and opposite sides of the middle – from 35 to 40 plants. 150-200 berries in total to attain a general idea of the levels of sugar, acidity, pH, etc. within the grapes.
