Wine, Gastronomy, & Sustainability in the Mediterranean J-Term

Between December 29 and January 16, a group of 11 students joined our Director, Professor Anthony Triolo, on a traveling study seminar which explored wine, gastronomy, and sustainability around the Mediterranean through the lens of Provence (France), Piedmont and Tuscany (Italy), and Catalan (Spain).
